About these terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to appointment requests and permanent makeup services provided by The Brow Fairy at Hypnotic Art Tattoo Studio, 204 Buckingham Road, Bletchley, MK3 5JB. By requesting or accepting an appointment, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
Appointment requests and confirmation
An online booking is a request for your preferred treatment, date and time. It is not automatically confirmed. Your request will initially show as pending and The Brow Fairy may approve, decline or contact you to suggest an alternative. An appointment is confirmed only when you receive an approval or confirmation message and any stated booking requirements have been met.
Please make sure that the contact and health information you provide is complete and accurate. Contact us promptly if anything changes before your appointment.
Consultation and treatment suitability
Permanent makeup is a personalised procedure. A consultation and suitability assessment may be required before treatment. You must disclose relevant medical conditions, allergies, medication, previous procedures and any other information that could affect treatment or healing.
The Brow Fairy may postpone or refuse treatment where it would be unsafe, unsuitable, contrary to professional advice, legal or insurance requirements, or where informed consent cannot be obtained. Proof of age or identity may be requested where appropriate.
Prices, deposits and payments
The price and any deposit or payment requirements will be confirmed before they become binding. Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices relate only to the treatment described. Any additional treatment or optional service will be discussed separately.
If a third-party payment provider is used, its own secure-payment and privacy terms may also apply. The Brow Fairy does not receive or store your complete payment-card details.
Cancellations, rescheduling and lateness
If you need to cancel or change an appointment, please contact The Brow Fairy as soon as possible. Any specific notice period, deposit treatment, cancellation fee or rescheduling condition will be clearly communicated before the appointment is confirmed. Those specific terms will form part of your booking.
If you arrive late, the treatment may need to be shortened, rearranged or cancelled where there is not enough time to complete it safely. The Brow Fairy may also rearrange an appointment due to illness, safety concerns or circumstances beyond reasonable control and will contact you as soon as practicable.
Results, healing and aftercare
Results vary between individuals and depend on factors including skin type, lifestyle, health, healing response and aftercare. Images and examples are illustrative and no identical result or exact duration can be guaranteed.
You agree to follow the preparation and aftercare guidance provided and to contact The Brow Fairy if you have concerns. Failure to follow advice may affect healing, appearance and eligibility for further treatment. Permanent makeup is not a substitute for medical care; seek appropriate medical advice where necessary.
Photography
Treatment photographs may be taken for confidential client records where appropriate. Photographs will not be used for marketing, social media or the public gallery without separate permission. You may withdraw marketing permission for future use by contacting us, although this will not affect material already lawfully published.
Website information and intellectual property
Website information is provided for general guidance and does not replace an individual consultation. We take reasonable care to keep it accurate but treatments, availability and information may change.
Unless otherwise stated, website text, branding, graphics and original images belong to The Brow Fairy or are used with permission. They may not be copied or commercially reused without prior written consent.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, The Brow Fairy is not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate or withheld information, failure to follow preparation or aftercare instructions, or events outside reasonable control.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
